What should I do before a home cleaning?
To make your house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams.
What are the Office Hours?
Office Hours are Monday – Friday 9AM through 5PM, Saturday 9AM- Noon closed Sundays and Holidays.
What happens if something in my home gets broken or damaged?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. We are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

Are there any additional fees I need to be aware of?
It is our obligation as a business to pay and charge Maryland and DC state taxes. Other than flat rate services, there are no hidden fees.

What are the payment methods?
We accept Cash, Debit and Credit payments.
How are employee supervised?
All employees work with an experienced supervisor. Generally, one team member and supervisor service your home.

Yes! All employees are trained and work with an experienced supervisor.

What are the Cleaning Days and Hours?
Our team members work Monday through Saturday 7AM through 5PM. We honor our clients and we accept to work any specified hours upon request
Is my presence required when my home is being cleaned?
You are not required to be home when our team members are cleaning your home however, it would be pleasurable to meet you on our first visit. If you need to step out, please provide instructions as to how to secure your home.

How many people do I expect to clean my home?
Depending on the size of your home one cleaning professional or a team of up to three cleaning professionals may service your home.

What is the cost of cleaning my home?
Cost vary from $120-$260 depending on the square footage of your home our cleaning professionals may be there for up to six hours. You may receive an accurate estimate by phone or email.
